Cookies

Equific sets three cookies, all of them necessary to run the panel. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing here is shared with anyone.
What we set
Three, and each one is required for the panel to function. There is no consent banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.
Session cookie
Keeps you signed in between requests. It holds an identifier only — the session itself is stored in our database, not in the cookie. It is set to SameSite=Lax, and expires after 120 minutes of inactivity or when you sign out.
CSRF token
A per-session token that lets the panel verify a form submission genuinely came from you and not from another site acting in your name. Removing it breaks every form.
Remember-me cookie
Set only if you tick "Remember me" when signing in. It lets you return without signing in again. Not ticking the box means it is never set.
What we do not set
There are no analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies on any Equific page, signed in or out. Specifically:
- No Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or any other analytics product.
- No advertising or retargeting pixels.
- No session-recording or heatmap tools.
- No social media embeds, share widgets or comment systems.
- No third-party fonts loaded at page view — typefaces are served from our own domain.
Nothing on this site makes a request to a third party while you read it, so no other company learns that you visited.
Local storage
One value is kept in your browser rather than in a cookie: your light or dark appearance preference. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us with any request.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Because all three of ours are strictly necessary, blocking them means you will not be able to sign in — there is no reduced mode that works without them.
See also our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else we hold about you and your servers.
